PENGEMBANGAN UKM MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN DAN TEKNOLOGI PENGERING KERUPUK DI KLATEN, JAWA TENGAH

Abstract


Partner in this Community Service Program is “Sarana Jaya” which is one of the crackers producers in the Prawatan area, Klaten. The problems faced by partner are the quality and quantity of production, especially during the rainy season. “Sarana Jaya” does not yet have cracker drying technology so that it affects production performance. Another problem faced is financial management that has not been orderly. The service team helps partners with the transfer of cracker drying technology and helps with simple financial management. The result achieved is that the quality of crackers is getting better and the quantity is maintained in the rainy season. “Sarana Jaya” has also implemented simple bookkeeping so that cash flows are well recorded. The service team also assists SME in product labeling and P-IRT management.
